Even though we now offer more affordable shipping rates, it is important to keep in mind that every item is unique in terms of weight & dimensions. And subsequently meaning that the cost of shipping is dynamic as well.

Shipping costs can be calculated by adding items to your shopping cart and using the shipping calculator.

2. Delivery Times

Our delivery times vary based on the delivery location but we commit on 2 – 7 working days at most.

3. Insurance

All orders are comprehensively insured against theft, damage or loss of goods during transit. In the event of a claim, we will immediately send the new item/s to you.

4. Areas

We deliver nationwide within the South African borders and will soon be expanding to neighbouring countries.

5. Tracking

Tracking information is submitted to you via email once we have fulfilled the order. Under normal circumstances, you should receive your tracking information the day after your order has been placed.
